Frequently Asked Questions
What is Christian fitness coaching?
1:1 online coaching for fat loss and strength, built for believers. Your training, nutrition and weekly check ins are planned around your faith, family and work. Faith is the frame for why we look after the body we have been given. The coaching itself is practical: a plan, accountability, and a coach who follows through with you every week.
Do I need to be Christian?
Yes. This coaching is specifically for Christian men and women who want to take their health seriously as part of their faith and responsibility. You do not need to be an expert in theology, extremely disciplined, or already fit. You simply need to be serious about living out your faith and willing to take responsibility for your health. Faith is not a gimmick or an add on to the coaching. It shapes the way we approach discipline, stewardship, consistency and the way you care for the body you've been given.
What does stewardship mean in your coaching?
Looking after what has been entrusted to you, including your health. It is not about chasing a look. It is about building the discipline and capacity to show up well for the people and calling in front of you, and being faithful in the small daily habits that make that possible.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. I have coached people who had not trained in years, and people who were already in the gym four times a week but getting nowhere because the nutrition and the structure were missing. Onboarding works out where you actually are. The plan starts from there instead of from where a template assumes you should be.
I'm busy. How much time does this actually take?
Your plan is built around your life, not an imaginary perfect week. For most clients, that means around 3 to 4 training sessions per week, with sessions designed to be realistic for your schedule. Your weekly check in takes around five minutes, and your nutrition and movement targets are designed to fit around work, family, church and the rest of your responsibilities. The goal isn't to give you more things to manage. It's to make the things that matter easier to manage consistently.
Can I still eat out and enjoy normal life?
Absolutely. You don't need to give up restaurants, family meals, weekends or the foods you enjoy to lose fat. We'll build your nutrition around your actual life and teach you how to make good decisions in the situations that usually derail you. The goal isn't to eat perfectly for a few months. It's to build an approach you can actually sustain for years.
Do I need a gym?
No. Your programme is built around the equipment you actually have access to, whether that's a full commercial gym, a home setup or a few dumbbells. The goal is to build the best programme for your circumstances, not force your circumstances to fit a programme.
Is there a guarantee?
What I will guarantee is the work on my side. A plan built around your life instead of a template. Honest coaching every week from an actual person. If you show up, log the sessions and do the check ins, you will finish knowing how your body responds and how to eat without thinking about it constantly. I can give you the structure. You have to do the reps.
