Hi, I'm James Brown
For a long time fitness and faith lived in completely separate parts of my life. I took my relationship with God seriously. My body was a different story. I would train when motivation showed up and stop when it did not, never once asking whether someone who believed what I believed should actually be living that way.
Everything changed when I understood that the gospel has something to say about this. That we are not our own. That these bodies were bought at a price and are meant to be lived in accordingly. That was not guilt. It was freedom. For the first time I had a reason that did not depend on how I felt, because it was grounded in who God says I am.

Do I need to be Christian?
Yes. This programme is built specifically for believers who understand that the body is not separate from the call. That physical health is not a secular concern squeezed in alongside faith. That how you steward your energy, your strength, and your daily habits has direct bearing on the assignment God has placed on your life. The Church needs its people well. Physically present, energised, and strong enough to carry what they have been called to carry. A depleted believer leads from empty. A tired parent gives what is left, not what is best. The body matters because the mission matters. 1 Corinthians 6:19 does not say your body is a temple as a suggestion. You were bought at a price. You are not your own. That is not a guilt trip. It is a reframe. The question stops being whether you should prioritise your health. It becomes whether you are being a faithful steward of what God placed in your hands. Is this for men or women?

Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all. James has worked with people starting from near zero and with people who already had consistent training habits but were missing the structure, the nutrition and the framework to see real change. The onboarding process establishes where you are. The programme is built from there.

What results can I expect?
Most clients lose body fat, drop a clothing size or two, and build lean muscle that changes how their body looks and feels. That is not a side effect of this programme. It is a direct result of the custom training, the nutrition targets, the food habit coaching, and twelve weeks of consistent accountability working together. But here is what separates this from every other fat loss programme you have tried before. The reason you train changes. The reason you eat well changes. When the motivation is rooted in stewardship — in genuinely believing your body belongs to God and that caring for it is an act of faithfulness rather than vanity — the discipline holds in a way that chasing a number on the scale never has. I am busy, how much time does this take?
Three to four training sessions per week, built around your actual schedule and your actual equipment. Not what an ideal week looks like. Your real week. The weekly check-in form takes about five minutes. Daily movement targets are built into your existing day — not added on top of it. You are not adding a second job. You are replacing drift with structure that fits inside the life you already have.

Does this work if I'm fasting?
Yes. And if you already fast with any regularity, you have demonstrated something most people in the fitness industry spend months trying to build in their clients: the ability to say no to appetite when the reason is big enough. Whether you practice intermittent fasting, periodic extended fasts, or spiritual fasting as part of your prayer life — James builds the nutrition and training plan around your fasting rhythm, not against it. Your fasting practice is part of the picture during onboarding. The macros, the training timing, the daily food structure — all of it is designed to work with your actual week, fasting days included. What this programme does not do is tell you to stop fasting to see results. That is not the approach here. The approach is to make the days you eat work harder so that everything compounds. Someone who already fasts with intention is not starting from zero. They are already halfway there.

Do I need a gym, or can I train at home?
Both work completely fine. James builds the programme around whatever training environment you actually have — a commercial gym, a home setup with a rack and dumbbells, a garage with limited kit, or anything in between. The plan is designed specifically for your equipment, not retrofitted from a generic template. What you have access to is just information. James builds from there. This is one of the things that makes 1:1 coaching different from buying a programme off a shelf. There is no assumed environment. During onboarding James asks exactly what you have available and the plan is built to make the most of it. A client training at a fully equipped gym and a client training at home with a set of dumbbells and a pull-up bar will have completely different plans — both built to deliver the same result. Wherever you train, We make it work.

Why 12 weeks minimum? Can't I just try a month first?
Real change does not happen in a month. Body composition change does not happen in a month. New habits do not become permanent in a month. Anyone offering you meaningful transformation in four weeks is selling hope, not results. Twelve weeks is where new habits begin to hold. It is where the physical changes that last start to show up. The minimum commitment is not a sales mechanism. It is what makes the promise of stopping the starting-over cycle actually true. If you are looking for a short-term trial with no real commitment, this is not the programme for you. If you want change that lasts, twelve weeks is where it begins.

I have spent money on coaching before and been let down. Why would this be any different?
If you complete the full 12 weeks — show up to your sessions, submit every weekly check-in, follow the nutrition guidance James sets for you — and you are not satisfied with your transformation, James will refund you in full. No awkward conversation. No chasing. Done. That is not a marketing line. It is what James is willing to stand behind because he has seen what happens when someone commits to this properly. The programme works. The framework works. When a client genuinely shows up, the results follow. The conditions exist for one reason. Transformation is a two-person job.
